RMA Process:
If you have a product
that you'd like to send in for repair please follow the following
steps:
Step 1. Complete This RMA form
to the best of your ability.
Step 2. Click on this
EMAIL LINK
and
attach the completed RMA Form to it. Make sure to put the serial
number that is on the back of the unit in the subject line. Please
follow the example for the subject Line.
Example Subject Line: RMA REQUEST SN-D404805
Step 3. Send the Email and wait for an approval email. An
Mpegbox.com associate will provide an address to our service center
for you to ship the product to.
Step 4.
Place the unit in a static safe bag or equivalent and carefully
package the unit in a shipping enclosure that will provide ample
shipping protection/padding.
Step 5.
Ship the product via UPS, FedEx, or USPS to the address provided in
the RMA Approval email.
